Castleknock

This proposal is for an apartment scheme adjoining a public park in North Dublin incorporating 41 no. x residential units. A mixture of two and three bedroom units are provided, arranged in four distinct volumes around a shared garden. This communal garden is accessible by the public and provides a pedestrian link to the public park, located by the northern boundary of the site. The building is finished with shaded terracotta bands of tiles externally with external balconies wrapped in hardwood louvres providing both visual privacy and the support for extensive planting.
