New Hotel in Waterford
L7L have recently completed a developed design and submitted a planning application for a new hotel building along the river quays in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.
The new building incorporates a food market and bakery at ground floor and a public restaurant at penthouse level providing al fresco dining on three sides and great views over the bay.
Projecting balconies to the intermediate floors provide private interesting external spaces to the bedrooms. Status: In Planning
