This project creates six contemporary houses on a sensitive site in south County Dublin. The site consists of a large Victorian house - a Protected Structure, on a sloping site with preserved trees and views of the sea horizon. Careful consideration was given to preserving a sylvan character to the site and to the setting of the main house. Roofs of lower houses act as amenity garden terraces to the higher units. Status: Full planning permission granted summer 2024. Construction to start in spring 2025.
