This was a conservation project to repair and conserve the rear elevation of a Georgian Dublin townhouse, which was previously poorly maintained and altered over the years. All existing windows and drainage systems were reviewed and a new 5 year Conservation Plan was prepared and put in place. Phase 1 involved the repair and conservation of existing windows on site, the consolidation of rainwater goods and lime mortar pointing to selected areas of the rear wall. Status: Completed 2009.
