Charleston Road

This projects consists of five residential units - including the re-organisation of an existing Victorian House and the design of four new, terraced townhouses.

These townhouses are three storey over a semi basement, with living located on the upper ground floor level. Natural light is brought into the centre of the deep plan with a combination large rooflights and voids. A curved bay form and brick are used to acknowledge its context at the end of a Victorian terrace.

Status: Construction due to be complete in Spring 2022.
