Earlsfort Terrace

This project for an international client, involves an addition, re-organisation, upgrading and conservation works to an early twentieth century terrace of Protected Structures in Dublin. Repair, along with the re-instatement of original details are to be carried out at roof level and to the facades. A top lit atrium is to be added to the rear, which will link the separate buildings and create a new social space.

Status: Planning Permission granted spring 2024. Construction started in September 2024.
