Presentation drawings and a study model of our design for a new clubhouse building to a golf course in north County Dublin. The primary design concept is to provide a contemporary and delightful building, which nestles comfortably into a sloping landscape. The building is essentially three distinct forms - a solid rectangular block which is semi buried into a grass bank on the public side; a bright and tall central atrium space in the middle and a beautiful curved wing to the south, which opens up on to a curved roof terrace overlooking the final greens. Locker rooms and the pro shop are located below at ground floor level, all opening out onto a colonnaded walkway, again curved, wrapping around the 18th green. Status: Pre-Planning
