Winner - RIAI Architecture Awards 2025 - No.s 49 - 51 Amiens Street

Living Category

The site at Nos.49-51 Amiens St. was a derelict site with No.49 having been lost entirely and No.50 only having its front façade. The mixed use development, comprising 11 no. x apartments and 2no. ground floor commercial units , was formed behind the retained façade of no. 50,  so as to provide a new triple height, covered atrium space which is open to the street over all levels and provides a generous entrance to the development. A landscaped communal courtyard to the rear is accessible to all residents of the scheme.
