This project creates a unique contemporary residential building to a mews lane in Dartry, Dublin. The primary design concept was to create an inner courtyard, which the new house wraps around, thereby providing bright daylight spaces to the interior. The courtyard is a circle which is offset in plan and is carefully planted. Status: Planning permission granted spring 2024 and now at construction phase.
