This proposal aims to provide a mix of residential unit types consisting of apartments, townhouses, and semi-detached residences which are sympathetically laid out on the grounds of an existing Victorian hunt lodge and adjoining dwelling. A common shared green with mature scots pine trees to front of the existing buildings unifies orientates the arrangement of the proposed residential units in a dignified manner. Status: Pre-planning
