This project involved the readaptation and extension of a Victorian villa set in a large garden. The original building fabric was thermally improved with insulated lime plaster and double glazing and all services were upgraded with low energy technologies. A new south facing extension finished in large pieces of sandstone accommodates a kitchen, dining and family room and addresses a generous external terrace centered around a mature olive tree.
