This project involved the provision of 18 no.x apartments into three, mid-terrace, Georgian buildings, which are located along the Grand Canal in Dublin and are listed as Protected Structures. A mix of one and two bedroom units are provided throughout, often one per floor, with a three bedroom unit located to the basement of one of the houses. Careful consideration was given to the design of each unit in relation to protecting the architectural significance of the building and compliance with Building Regulations, in particular fire safety and acoustic separation. Completed December 2022.
